Campaign Mission
A charter school in the Lehigh Valley, Innovative Arts Academy needed a campaign that would resonate with students, educators, and the community. It would not only decorate and brighten the school hallways but would inspire young minds and serve as a visual representation of the school’s mission on a variety of marketing materials.
Campaign Summary
The Leader In Me campaign highlights a number of successful individuals/celebrities and their philosophies on life and work. Each celebrity has their own poster and quote, with a consistent theme, illustration, typography, and layout. Through uplifting and encouraging artwork, they also serve as a voice for much of the school’s marketing initiatives, including email content and web banners.
Campaign Methods
As creatives and marketers, we are students ourselves. We are constantly learning, evolving, and improving our skills, so identifying inspirational figures and translating their message into an illustrative style was a joyful and enlightening experience.

We are extremely proud to announce the receipt of a Silver American Advertising Federation of the Greater Lehigh Valley (AAFGLV) Award for the Integrated Campaign category for this campaign. Leader In Me has more than fulfilled its mission of inspiring students, teachers, parents, and supporters of the institution.
