Spartan Armor needed a new web presence that was clean and modern, with easy customer navigation. On the administrative side, they desired a more efficient process to manage orders, customers, and inventory. Their previous ecommerce solution was not delivering on their requirements for growth.
The solution was to migrate to the BigCommerce platform. DAY Vision managed the process from strategy and set up to design, implementation, and training. Our team was able to deliver on all of Spartan Armor System’s goals including a mobile responsive web design, app integration, and an easy check out process for their customers.
Immediately after launching the new website their customer conversion rate increased by 35% resulting and increased sales. Spartan Armor Systems was receptive to operational changes, new ideas and design, which enabled a collaborative process and great results.
