DAY Vision Wins Four Prestigious Indigo Awards and Two Addy Awards
About the Indigo Design Awards:
“We want designers that share our passion for the extraordinary. Just as the indigo orchid stands out from nature’s palette with its rare and special beauty, we are looking for exceptional projects that shine with an uncommon artistry. A fresh new take on design inspired composition and layout.”
The “Art of Giving” campaign was submitted for judging to the Indigo Awards panel of industry experts. The entire campaign can be viewed here.
Main winners for the 2019 Indigo Design Awards will be announced at the reception on May 23rd at the Museo Picasso in Malaga, Spain.

At this year’s awards ceremony, DAY Vision was awarded a Gold Addy Award in Cross-Platform Consumer Campaigns for “The Leader in Me” and a Silver Addy Award in Integrated Campaigns for “Art of Giving”. More about the Addy Awards here.
DAY Vision is incredibly proud of the accolades these campaigns have received, as well as their purpose and impact. “Art of Giving” is particularly near and dear to the hearts of the entire DAY Vision team as it resulted in substantial gifts to three art-based charities this past holiday season. The campaign is a charitable initiative that was presented to clients, friends, and contacts in lieu of a traditional holiday gift in 2018. It encouraged users and recipients to engage with the visuals and copy through clicks, which translated into dollars earned for each charity. It was as successful as it is beautiful, and the funds donated support The Crayon Initiative, The Dreaming Zebra Foundation, and Healing Through the Arts.
DAY Vision has kept in touch with representatives of the charities and has received information about the direct impact of the funds. For example, donations to The Dreaming Zebra Foundation provided art materials and classes for children at Kings County Hospital in New York. DAY Vision was also able to sponsor a Community Award for the 2019 Hope & Healing Juried Art Show for Healing Through the Arts and enjoyed attending the Open House for the event.
“The Leader in Me” was designed to inspire those who view its various elements, particularly the students who see the uplifting artwork as they attend their charter school in the Lehigh Valley. The campaign features diverse celebrities and quotes that embody their unique life philosophies. Present on posters, marketing materials, and school correspondence, its images and quotes encourage perseverance that leads to success. View the campaign: dayvision.com/portfolio-item/leader-in-me/
