About the Addys and Our Award-Winning Campaigns
Our team recently spent an evening at the 2019 Addy Awards, organized and hosted by the American Advertising Federation of the Greater Lehigh Valley. While we enjoy attending this event each year and hanging out with other agencies and members of our community, this year we were extremely proud to accept not one, but two Addy awards.
The AAFGLV is an organization that connects communications professionals in a wide range of fields including advertising agencies, media reps, vendors, photographers, designers, and in-house marketing teams. They help to foster a community where industry professionals can come together and in the case of the Addy Awards, engage in a little healthy competition and be recognized for their efforts.
The Art of Giving campaign is a charitable initiative to benefit three select arts-based charities. It was presented to clients, friends, and contacts in lieu of a traditional holiday gift in 2018. Our ultimate goal was to spread positivity and goodwill. It encouraged users and recipients to engage with the visuals and copy through clicks, which translated into dollars earned for each charity.
Teamwork makes the dream work
The entire DAY Vision family is delighted with the shiny new awards that remind us of our successes and encourage us to keep pushing our limits and striving to be our absolute best. But, more important than the awards is the collaboration and teamwork that made them possible — that is by far our most monumental achievement.
